We\u00a0<strong>MAY\u00a0<\/strong>approve a refund\/transfer request\u00a0<strong><em>provided the Student meets the following requirements<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Student\u00a0<strong>MUST notify us of their desire to transfer or cancel IN WRITING within 24-hours\u00a0<\/strong>of placing the online order. Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to following address: support@notarycouncil.org <strong>\u00a0<em>AND;<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Student must\u00a0<strong>NOT HAVE\u00a0<\/strong><strong>COMPLETED MORE THAN 25%<\/strong>\u00a0of the online course:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Transfers:<\/strong>\u00a0ALL Transfer requests\u00a0<strong>MUST be made within 24-Hours of placing your order<\/strong>. We will ONLY approve transfer requests if the Student has not completed 25% or more of the course material. You may transfer your registration fee to a course of equal or lesser value. The tuition difference will NOT be refunded for transfers INTO a course of LESSER value. Transfers to courses of GREATER value must include payment of additional tuition with the transfer request.<\/p>\n<p>If the request is made\u00a0<strong>AFTER 24-hours<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>OR<\/strong>\u00a0the student has completed\u00a0<strong>MORE THAN<\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0<strong>MAXIMUM<\/strong>\u00a0allotted training time (indicated above) your tuition is\u00a0<strong>NON-REFUNDABLE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Other Terms and Conditions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Online training courses\u00a0<strong>may NOT be transferred to another student\/employee.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Students have 90 days (3-months) to complete an online course.<\/li>\n<li>Orders placed with a \u201cCorporate Account\u201d, \u201c3rd Party Transactions\u201d or \u201cDiscount Code\u201d are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer.\u00a0<strong>NO EXCEPTIONS.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Course Extension Policy:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Students have 90 days from the date of registration to complete all online courses<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Students may request a 1-month extension provided the request is made BEFORE the training course expires.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Expired courses, students who have left the employ of a company are <strong>NOT eligible for credit or refund of any kind<\/strong>, regardless of time spent in the course or time remaining.<\/li>\n<li>Some online courses have a final exam.
